Connie Baerny, a Human Resources specialist in Puget Sound Energy’s Human Resources department in Bellevue, has worked at PSE for more than 22 years.

Her two daughters, Anna and Erin, followed in her footsteps and joined the PSE family in 2000 and 2004, respectively.

Anna Mikelsen is a carbon market program manager in PSE's Resource Acquisition department, also in Bellevue, working to find climate change solutions. She first joined the utility as a 2000 summer intern and became a permanent employee in 2002.

Erin Baerny works out of PSE's Shuffleton Shop in King County as an apprentice wireman in PSE’s apprenticeship program. She joined PSE as a wire helper in 2004.
